The Associate Data Analyst is focused on providing support in web analytics, reporting and analysis, marketing scorecards and data integration/hygiene. <b>Responsibilities:</b>
<li>Reporting & Analysis – Experience in driving reporting development to increase time spent on analysis versus reporting, as well as crafting insightful analysis that tells a story understandable to clients and that is actionable in driving a set of recommendations that produce demonstrable improvements/results
<li>Marketing Scorecards – This involves supporting the population of marketing scorecards, maintaining KPIs, working with a variety of data such as competitive, buzz, ad-serving, rich media, web analytics data, budget/planning data, attitudinal data, etc. 
<li>Data Integration/Hygiene – This position will be responsible for execution of combining sets of data, developing databases and troubleshooting data integration and hygiene issues—this includes a strong level of experience with Excel—the ability to understand SQL and use tools such as SAS is a plus
<li>Familiarity with Digital Marketing Technologies – Though not required, a general knowledge of digital marketing technologies is a plus, including ad-servers, web analytics, and data management technologies
<li>Leadership – All positions in the Digital Analytics group are tasked with being leaders by being proactive and creative in the development of client solutions
<li>Teamwork – This position will be required to professionally and collaboratively coordinate with internal client teams, internal departments, partner agencies, clients and vendors
Education
<li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in the marketing, statistics, engineering, computer science, information science, social science or business-related fields with technical and project management skills<p>

The Sr. Marketing Manager is expected to be expert in Tremor Media products and offerings to develop effective selling tools and presentations.  He/she must be a strategic thinker, consultative seller, and an effective team player that will work closely with the Sales Planning team and other members of the Marketing Team including Product Marketing and Research.<br><br>

The Sr. Marketing Manager must be able to lead and balance the longer term strategic sales efforts with day to day sales needs to meet Tremor Media’s overall sales objectives. Given the volume and complexity of strategic efforts and day to day requests, and the short turnaround timeframes, the Sr. Marketing Manager must have a disciplined process orientation, sound judgment to assess and prioritize projects based on business needs, and the ability to gracefully juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. <br><br>

<br> In doing so, the industry is exposed to the nuances of digital tracking technologies, and left needing guidance as to how measurement technology can best be applied to clients’ unique business needs. At the same time, new digital opportunities continue to appear, both online and offline, increasing the availability and complexity of campaign measurement solutions. 
<br> Following this increased need for improved measurement, marketers are advancing their digital strategies, supporting those strategies with deep-level media, messaging, customer and site analysis. These analyses require knowledge of three areas: marketing, technology, and data analysis. OMD’s digital analytics group lives at the intersection of these three subjects. 
<br> The Assistant Analyst is an integral enabler of this process. This person ensures clients are exposed to hidden insights and trends that drive macro- and micro- improvements in data validity and campaign performance.

<b>Summary:</b><br>
The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for growing strategic client and agency relationships in the Midwest.   The desired candidate will be well established in the Consumer Packaged Goods / or Retail verticals as well as within the Midwestern agency community. You must be comfortable selling to all levels and navigating within agencies and brands.<br><br> 

<b>Responsibilities: </b><br>
•	Establish strong presence within Midwestern market<br>
•	Evangelize and communicate the value of in-text advertising<br>
•	Exceed quarterly revenue targets<br>

•	Plan, prepare and execute high impact meetings with prospects and clients <br>

•	Accurately forecast revenue growth<br>
•	Execute in a fast paced small team environment<br><br>

<b>Requirements: </b><br>
•	5-7 years of online experience with at least 2 years in the Midwestern region <br>
•	3 years of sales experience calling on agencies and clients<br>
•	In-depth knowledge and contacts with top online advertisers<br>
•	Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies and pricing models <br>
•	Excellent understanding of agency dynamics and campaign buying and planning <br>
•	Strong knowledge of ad campaign metrics and analysis <br>
•	Superior skills in all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, negotiating, and the ability to sell based on value - not price <br>
•	Understanding of audience profiles, online ad targeting, and campaign optimization <br>
•	Proven communication, presentation and sales skills with proven success in consultative selling <br>
•	Proven record of strategic development of Fortune 1000 client base<br><br>

<b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b><br>

-- Develop and cultivate deep relationships at all levels from brand managers and account executives to media buyers<br>

-- Hit target bookings and revenue quotas<br>
-- Pitch new business to advertising agencies and direct clients<br>
-- Work internally, across departments, to create compelling media solutions for advertisers<br>
-- Partner with sales marketing manager to update sales presentations and create proposals<br>
-- Identify, position and frame social networking and social media solutions or straight CPM buys within the context of client marketing/business needs<br><br>

<b>EXPERIENCE:</b><br>
-- 5+ years media sales experience<br>
-- Must have experience in online advertising sales and media buying<br>
-- Proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of strategic relationships<br>
-- Track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure and delivery (at a 6-figure level)<br>
-- Strong understanding of demographic and psychographic targeting and brand positioning<br><br>

<b>REQUIREMENTS:</b><br>
-- Position is based in Chicago; periodic travel required within Midwest region<br>
-- Strong written communication skills and experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.  Be able to articulate client marketing needs and market demand succinctly and effectively<br>
-- Must be a good communicator and skilled at developing relationships through sales outreach<br>
-- Skilled at prioritizing and managing time effectively<br>
-- Have a strong work ethic and be able to work remotely<br>
